The Business Development Officer – Eastern Region (BDO) will build and maintain strategic relationships in the communities where we work and source transactions for the Community Development Lending (CDL) team. The BDO will work with strategic partners, borrowers, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to identify transactions that align with the Momentus lending strategy, credit policy, underwriting guidelines, and help us to achieve our mission and impact goals.
Requirements
- Market and promote Capital Impact Partners' Community Development Lending products
- Identify, foster, and maintain relationships with partners, borrowers, prospects, and other community stakeholders
- Manage CDL loan pipelines
- Present to groups, engage with individuals, and positively represent Momentus at conferences and other business and industry functions
- Gather data about product and service offerings and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with the development and implementation of products, services, and special initiatives within assigned markets
