Requirements
- Previous experience in executive recruitment, ideally within financial services or the investment management industry
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and deliver a high-touch, candidate-focused recruitment process
- Expertise in designing search strategies and leveraging sourcing methods
- Strong assessment skills, allowing for objective and insightful candidate evaluations
- Rigor in time management and search execution, comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, enabling collaboration across teams and adapting to changing business needs
