As a Strategic Partnership Program Manager, you will lead the design and execution of high-impact initiatives for our top-tier clients, collaborate closely with Strategic Relationship Managers, and oversee cross-functional programs and teams to drive flawless delivery of strategic initiatives.

- Design and implement value-added programs, capabilities, or services that strategically support intermediary clients and drive specific opportunities
- Build programs with an eye to scale for broader impact and delivery expertise
- Maintain team processes and cross-functional routines that foster collaboration and facilitate execution
- Support the delivery of home office insights and business consulting events
- Have experience with two or more of these areas: marketing, sales, training & strategy, product, operations, platforms preferred
- Have broad knowledge of home office landscape and industry opportunities
- Be comfortable with travel up to 25% of the time
