Institutional Product Manager

Capital Group is seeking an Institutional Product Manager to join their team. The role involves developing and managing Collective Investment Trusts and Common Trust Funds for plan sponsors and intermediaries/consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience (asset management industry preferred)
• Interest in the Institutional market and product offerings
• Experience in product strategy, construction, and pricing, operational policies, and/or service model
• Strong project management skills, experience leading projects with broad business impact
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs
