Job Description
Capital Factory is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to help entrepreneurs connect, find opportunities, and maintain a clean, organized, and functional workspace. This role involves managing space upkeep, vendor relations, event support, and contributing to efficient processes. The Coordinator will be proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- Previous experience coordinating workplaces
- Availability to work weekdays in-person in downtown Austin (8:30am-5:00pm)
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Detailed record-keeping abilities
- Problem-solving skills
