Job Description
Capital Factory is seeking a robust Investor Relations Associate to connect portfolio founders with investors in the Austin, Texas area. This role involves managing Investor Office Hours, networking with VCs, onboarding new investors, and providing feedback on startup ecosystems. The Associate will leverage Capital Factory’s network and tools to curate matches between investors and founders. It requires a proactive individual with strong relationship-building skills and experience in the startup community.
Requirements
- Experience with the startup and technology markets.
- Basic understanding of startup funding terms, options, and mechanisms.
- Ability to use data to understand problems and make connections.
- Organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
- High-quality work and attention to detail.
- Ability to work at least 45 hours per week.
- Commitment to the position for 2+ years.
