Capgemini is seeking a highly analytical Senior Actuarial Analyst to join their team, contributing to estimating ultimate losses, loss adjustment expenses, and calculating reserves for Personal Lines book of business. The role involves leading analysis, data interpretation, and collaborating with internal teams. The company is a leading provider of insurance and financial services.
Requirements
- Lead and execute monthly Actual vs. Expected (AvE) analysis.
- Investigate drivers of deviations between actual and expected losses.
- Support monthly financial bookings.
- Ensure reserve adequacy and accuracy.
- Participate in reserve review.
- Collaborate with teams to communicate findings.
