They are seeking a Digital BA Project Specialist to drive chatbot and conversational AI solutions for banking and financial services clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves defining user stories, platform assessments, and optimizing performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management
- Knowledge of financial services operations (banking, wealth management)
- Hands-on experience with chatbot platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework)
- Familiarity with conversational design principles, NLP concepts, and user experience best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in agile environments
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
