Job Description
Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to support retail energy clients with strategy, business case development, and IT application. The role involves business analysis, requirements gathering, and document creation. Capco offers a collaborative and innovative work environment focused on transforming financial services.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Retail Energy experience (CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, Sales, and C&I/Mass Market products is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Solid Business Analyst skills, including experience interviewing client executives to gather and document business requirements and process mapping
- Strong presentation skills, extensive experience writing successful project proposals
- Ability to demonstrate project management skills and experience
