Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to the warehouse function under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Supply Chain/Business Logistics or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous SAP experience a plus
- MS Office including Excel experience
- Strong critical-thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a team; must be flexible and excited to grow with the organization
- Previous managerial experience preferred
