Job Description
CannonDesign is seeking a Project Architect IV to lead the development of technical aspects and content for projects, coordinate with all disciplines, and ensure project deliverables are compliant. The role involves leading design, construction activities, and communication with stakeholders. Candidates should be proficient in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office, and possess a strong technical background.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States.
- CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
