Job Description
CannonDesign is seeking a Mechanical III to join their multi-disciplinary team. The role involves designing and directing the construction of HVAC systems, assisting with Plumbing and Fire Protection, and contributing to project management. Candidates should possess a strong engineering background, proficiency in Revit/BIM, and the ability to manage multiple projects and client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (ABET accredited preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Current PE in the United States preferred
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects
- Experience in computer applications for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus)
- Understanding of energy modeling software
