Recruiter (Engineering)

Candid Health is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter (Engineering) to lead the full recruitment process for both IC and Leadership engineering positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, as well as building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in building pipelines and developing a top of funnel strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Humble and team-oriented with a focus on collaboration
• Experience working with common recruiting tools like Ashby
