Job Description
Canary Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit top talent and build a strong pipeline. This role involves collaboration with senior leaders, advertising open jobs, and conducting candidate sourcing. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-starter, and eager to grow with the company based on performance.
Requirements
- Collaborate with senior leaders
- Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing
- Schedule phone and in person interviews
- Process position requisitions and process all applications, resumes, and internal job postings
- Utilize, maintain and update ATS to track applicants and improve existing processes
- Administer pre employment testing as required, check references
- Address candidate questions and assist them with the interview process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Own recruiting agency relationships on behalf of every department
- Provide insights on Talent Attraction function (funnel, sources, conversion, retention)
