Multi-Unit Underwriter I

CMHC is seeking a Multi-Unit Underwriter I to analyze mortgage insurance applications for properties with 5 to 24 units. The role involves assessing financial and property-related risks, crafting recommendations, and negotiating terms. This is a temporary position lasting 13 months, part-time with a hybrid schedule.
