CN Tower guides are personally responsible for the safety and well-being of visitors they guide. They must ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors participating in the CN Tower experience without compromise.

Requirements

• Maintain unwavering attention to safety
• Offer the entire visit and experience by guiding visitors to 356 meters in the air
• Have impeccable concentration and a faultless respect for procedures
• Be responsible for all security checks and all security verifications
• Work closely with the ground team to ensure uniformity of security checks and visitor preparation
• Ensure that all visitors receive exceptional service
• Preserve visitor memories by taking photos and videos
• Work closely with the imagery department
