Community Health Worker MA

CAN Community Health is now hiring a Community Health Worker MA to provide patient care under a Physician or Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. The position is responsible for various clinical and administrative tasks, including medical intake procedures, assisting physicians during examinations, and maintaining patient medical records.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification issued by an accredited institution approved by the State of Florida
• 3 years' experience working in a healthcare setting
• CPR certified
• Electronic Medical Records classes through SuccessEHS
• HIV classes through local health departments or online
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Pass a Level I and Level II Background check
