Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- 5+ years in a senior/executive role covering multi-site, operationally complex businesses
- Strong background in performance management, workforce planning, HR operations, and culture/engagement initiatives
- Exceptional business acumen, data orientation, and ability to influence at the executive level
