Healthcare Administration Instructor

We are seeking a fully remote, live teaching instructor to teach courses in healthcare administration. The instructor will lead live online classes and engage students in applied discussion. The role requires a Master's degree in healthcare administration and 2+ years of teaching experience in higher education.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business with healthcare focus, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education (online or in-person)
• Minimum 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience
• Experience working in hospitals, health systems, ambulatory care, payer organizations, or medical practice operations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing
• Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction
