Controller

Campus is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and readiness as the company scales beyond Series C. The role is critical to maintaining financial integrity and serves as the primary owner of close, audit, controls, and accounting systems.

Requirements

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 12-15 years of progressive accounting experience
• 5+ years in high-growth, venture-backed environments
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and complex revenue recognition
• Proven ownership of audits, close processes, and accounting systems
• Experience managing and developing accounting teams
