The HR Specialist will provide support and assistance in human resources processes, including personnel administration, training and development, talent and performance management, internal communication and organizational climate, wellness, and diversity, equity and inclusion. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Generalist of Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Generalist of Human Resources in companies of the industry or mass consumption.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in organizational communication processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Law, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Assertive communication, able to work together with employees at all levels.
- Maximum attention to detail and demonstrate ability to deliver results and follow up on specific topics.
- Autonomous management, demonstrating good judgment and prioritization of activities, as well as criteria for determining when to escalate issues for resolution.
- Work under pressure, managing different activities simultaneously.
- Ability of analysis and presentation of information
- Creativity and ability to identify opportunities for improvement in processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws and worker compensation.
- Knowledge of main HR processes.
- Organizational communication.
- Knowledge in fundamental legal aspects of training (STPS)
- Knowledge in the administration and application of NOM-035
- Domain in managing and delivering training
- Advanced English
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Teams, One Drive, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), knowledge of Copilot usage will be considered a plus
