Job Description
CALSTART is seeking a Voucher Processing & Redemption Specialist to support various state and municipal sponsored voucher programs. The role involves processing and managing vouchers, ensuring accuracy, and complying with program guidelines. The VPRS will be a key component of the Voucher Processing program, needing strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to resolve voucher discrepancies and improve program effectiveness. CALSTART is focused on reducing transportation emissions and creating a more equitable transportation system.
Requirements
- Thoroughly review voucher applications for eligibility and compliance.
- Accurately enter application data into the Voucher Processing systems.
- Provide clear written communication to stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries from applicants, dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Understand and interpret voucher dashboards and reports.
