We're looking for a solutions engineer to work with enterprise customers and help them develop, test, and deploy reliable machine learning systems. The role involves working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to support pre-sales efforts, lead technical demos, and partner with customers post-sale.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in engineering, product, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a related role
- Strong technical foundation
- Comfort working directly with customers and leading technical conversations
- Ability to own initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Interest in AI systems, developer tools, or highly technical products
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
