Director of Technical Services

The Director of Technical Services will manage the day-to-day operations of the Northwest laboratory for cement and concrete, ensuring adherence to AMRL/CCRL standards and maintaining laboratory accreditation. This role involves maintaining labs, managing sampling programs, providing technical service, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of technical services experience in the cement/concrete industry and/or construction materials industry
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of cement and concrete production
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong math, analytical, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work cooperatively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated
