Job Description
Calo is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to oversee quality control across all stages of production, from procurement to delivery. The role involves inspecting materials, approving production, maintaining records, monitoring equipment, and conducting training. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, committed to quality, and able to ensure high-quality products for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Inspects production cycle procedures.
- Approves incoming materials and rejects/returns defective materials.
- Maintains records of testing and metrics.
- Conducts staff training on food Safety & quality.
- Responds to customer complaints and prepares corrective action plans.
