California Community Opportunities (CCO) is seeking reliable, caring Direct Care Staff (Caregivers/Teaching Counselors) to work with adults with developmental and physical disabilities in a non-profit setting. CCO offers permanent positions, comprehensive training, and 24/7 support. They provide opportunities for both paid and overtime shifts with no on-call requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of providing care (paid or unpaid experience).
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Proof of valid CA driver’s license and background checks.
• Pass CA driver’s license background check and DMV compliance.
