Production Subject Matter Expert

The Production Subject Matter Expert is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing all production processes, leading process improvement initiatives, and promoting a continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

• Lead process improvement initiatives across the department
• Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics, and standard operating procedures
• Develop training plans and train production staff on systems
• Troubleshoot errors and incidents
• Challenge stakeholders to maximize opportunities from process improvement initiatives
• Promote and develop a continuous improvement culture
• Deliver process improvement training to all production employees
• Verify employee capabilities and update the Skill Matrix
• Annual review of training documents
• Self-motivated/self-driven
• Team player willing and able to collaborate well with team members
• High attention to detail
• Develop and support data capture and data management processes
