Job Description
Senior accountant with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including 2 years in a senior accountant position, required for a role in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA certification, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree in accounting
- CPA is preferable
- Four or more years of overall experience including 2 years on Senior Accountant position
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment and under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner
- Convey a sense of urgency when appropriate and persists in the face of obstacles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision
