Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and grow client relationships within a dynamic staffing, recruitment and HR outsourcing business.
Requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for key clients
- Develop account plans for each assigned client
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals and service-level agreements (SLAs) with clients
- Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of workforce solutions and client satisfaction
- Monitor client health and develop action plans to improve performance
- Manage issue escalation, resolution and risk
- Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients
- Drive business development within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and account management tools
