Job Description
Caliber is seeking an Account Manager to build relationships with clients, drive growth through sales and business development, and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused individual, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to both company and client success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years in sales or account management, ideally within healthcare
- Proven record of exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication skills with a relationship-first mindset
- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce a plus) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations is a bonus
