Requirements
- Manage and coordinate executive-level projects
- Drive weekly operating rhythms
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Finance, Operations, and Procurement
- Develop and maintain dashboards, summaries, and communications
- Support preparation of business reviews, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Manage scheduling, project timelines, and interdependencies
- Anticipate information and resource needs
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information
