Job Description
Sunset Park Radiology is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support clinical operations, patient safety, and procedural workflows in their imaging department. The role involves pre-procedural evaluations, patient education, and participation in quality assurance initiatives. Experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging is preferred.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York
- Certification as an NP by an accredited agency (AANP/NCCPA, ANCC)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Proficient in IV placement
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
