Requirements
- Experience in software development with Delphi - ideally at senior level
- Good knowledge of object-oriented software development and clean code structure
- Experience with SQL databases and common interface technologies
- Interest in sustainable software, stability, and long-term maintainability
- Openness to modern development processes and agile work
