We are seeking a Principal Engineer (Web) to play a central technical role in the continued evolution of our mature, multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep understanding of modern web technologies
• Experience with front-end architecture, state management, and component-driven design
• Strong grasp of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with API design and integration
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and containerized deployments
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
