Job Description
Join our team as a Production Unit Manager (F/H) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success in the End of Cycle sector. As a level 1 manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of a Production Unit, ensuring smooth operation, safety, and development of teams, as well as customer satisfaction in a multi-project context.
Requirements
- Team operational management
- Ability to manage emergencies, priorities, and unpredictability
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (VSM, root cause analysis...)
- Solid organizational and multi-actor coordination skills
- Basic technical skills: mechanics, hydraulics, electricity
