Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Lead Cook to join their team in Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe properties in Stateline, Nevada. The role focuses on preparing food accurately and timely, leading cooks, maintaining a sanitary environment, and providing leadership training. Requirements
- Performs all functions of a Cook I and Cook II.
- Maintains adequate supply of menu items.
- Maintains assigned facility in a sanitary condition and equipment in operational condition.
- Inspects assigned areas and coordinates cleaning activities.
