Job Description
Caesars is seeking a Director of Application Security Engineering to lead the development and maintenance of a robust application security program. This role focuses on integrating security throughout the SDLC, emphasizing automation and proactive measures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in security testing and automation tools and a strong leadership experience. They will define, implement, and optimize security best practices to minimize vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or related technology risk role
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of application security principles and common vulnerabilities
- Proven experience in software development
- In-depth knowledge of application security principles and secure coding practices
- Hands-on experience with security tools
