Job Description
Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Loyalty Program Desk Agents. The role involves promoting the Caesars Rewards program and providing excellent customer service, welcoming guests, and offering promotions. The team fosters a fun and family-oriented atmosphere to deliver exceptional experiences.
Requirements
- Maintain knowledge of Caesars Rewards program
- Greet passengers and distribute Total Rewards Cards
- Promote the Caesars Rewards VISA card
- Provide accurate information about promotions and events
- Be able to maintain composure and resolve problems
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Fluent in English
