Requirements

• Must ensure that all food on the food line is restocked, maintained at required temperatures, and distributed according to set portion controls.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the food line and ensures that all areas are kept up to corporate standards for public space viewing.
• Responsible for making sure plates are ready before sending them out to tables, including but not limited to; ensuring sides and sauces are added, wiping down plates, and ensuring they make it to the proper location.
