Job Description
This role focuses on developing CADDi software products, contributing to code review, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The position involves managing a team of developers and contributing to architecture design and implementation, as well as promoting engineering recruitment and product success. The company emphasizes a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a development team manager with leadership and results generation.
- Track record of being an Engineering Manager for product teams.
- Experience developing and operating products as a software engineer.
- Experience with technology verification, requirements analysis, architecture design, and infrastructure construction.
- Experience in driving Scrum and Agile development processes.
- Fluent business communication skills in English.
- Must reside in Vietnam or have plans to relocate.
