Caddi is a seed-stage startup transforming simple screen recordings into automated workflows. The Senior Software Engineer will drive backend architecture, APIs, and integrations, collaborating with the CTO, product, and company leadership. The role focuses on building scalable and reliable systems using Golang and Python.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS/ECS)
• Experience shaping technical roadmaps
