Job Description
The Operating Partner is a business leader specializing in software as a service businesses. They advise on strategy, analyze challenges, and oversee operations for newly acquired portfolio companies. The role requires experience in leadership, operational management, and identifying profitable growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing direct and/or indirect reports.
- Extensive knowledge in operations, including resource planning, demand planning, business planning, and corporate strategy.
