Hyundai Hatillo is seeking a BDC Service Official to coordinate appointments and drive customer volume. This role involves call center work, CRM management, customer communication, and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointment scheduling, customer follow-up, and consistent communication with other team members.

Requirements

• Associate/High school degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least two (2) years of prior customer service experience.
• Excellent mathematical skills and communication skills.
• Knowledge in CDK (primarily in Microsoft Office).
