• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in process mapping and documentation
• Experience in interdepartmental project management
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with AI (desirable)
