Requirements
- Degree in Economics, ADE, HR, or similar
- At least 3-5 years in HR, with a minimum of 2-3 years dedicated specifically to Compensation and Benefits in multinational environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (essential) and visualization tools (Power BI)
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to design compensation structures
