The Technical Services Engineer III provides advanced technical support across server, network, and Microsoft 365 environments. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving problems while interfacing with diverse personalities.
Requirements
- 3+ years in MSP or enterprise IT support
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS, Android
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, server hardware, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, A+, Microsoft 365 (required); Security+ or Azure Admin (preferred)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in SLA-driven environments
- Previous MSP Experience required
- Veteran status preferred
