The AI Engagement Manager will own the end-to-end solution lifecycle—designing, deploying, and scaling AI applications that deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Define High-Value Use Cases by partnering with senior executives at Federal Agencies to identify and scope impactful AI opportunities.
- Deliver Measurable Value by establishing and tracking economic impact metrics to ensure success.
- Advise on future AI roadmaps and partner with Sales to grow customer adoption.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and detailed project plans.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, DevOps) to deliver cutting-edge AI applications.
- Anticipate risks, remove obstacles, and ensure smooth execution.
- Shape the Product Roadmap by gathering Insights from these strategic customer engagements and directly influence C3 AI’s long-term product strategy, driving innovation and scalability across the platform.
