The Business Analyst will analyze, specify and validate business needs, plan, design, develop and launch efficient business, financial and operations systems. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, supporting the development process, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in software engineering, computer science, or business administration or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years in business analyst experience
- Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications
- 2 years direct experience in the creation of test scripts and the execution of testing
- Strong knowledge of testing best practices and methodologies
- Experience with testing web and desktop applications
- Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent PC skills and technical fluency
- Familiarity with software and database development and network architecture
- Experience with formal project management methodologies
- Exemplary attention to detail
