ServiceNow Product Architect

C. Mack Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Product Architect to support the Agile development and operations for critical systems on a mission-critical program for the Federal Government.

Requirements

• Serve as the technical lead and product architect for ServiceNow-based solutions
• Be responsible for all aspects of application architecture including data models, integrations, automation, security, and platform configuration
• Maintain a sound understanding of enterprise- and program-level architecture
• Liaise with Business Analysts to understand business needs and design solutions that meet those needs while complying with architectural standards
• Present and evangelize solutions to architecture guilds and management
• Work with Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to create implementation plans by developing epics and user stories
• Lead technical aspects of Agile ceremonies, including platform demonstrations to Product Owners and stakeholders
• Guide team members in breaking stories into tasks and completing work efficiently
• Mentor developers and testers, fostering a collaborative environment where questions and concerns are encouraged
• Keep current with ServiceNow platform capabilities and industry trends
• Delegate technical tasks and ensure sprint and release objectives are met
• Perform and participate in architecture design and reviews, ensuring alignment with future-state goals
• Identify architectural risks, opportunities, compliance issues, and technical debt
• Participate in sprint planning, testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and solution releases
• Review cybersecurity assessments and static code analysis results and define remediation actions
