RN/LPN- Nurse Supervisor 3rd Shift

Byron Wellness Community is seeking a nursing SUPER HERO to serve as a clinical operational liaison between neighborhoods and the Director of Nursing. The Nursing Supervisor supports the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, resident/family and employee satisfaction during a designated shift.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in Indiana
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
